Play with Clay! Animals

Play with Clay is a fun and creative session for children aged 4+.
These sessions will be based around our theme of the month, with different activities available depending on the child’s age.
Ages 4 – 6 Children will have access to play dough and air dry clay. They will be encouraged to use various tools, cutters and materials to help them explore the clay and make some basic shapes and models. Our play area will be available for children once they have finished the session.
Ages 7 – 10 Children will be given free range to explore and create using different types of air drying compounds. There will be guidance available to create models based around our theme, although children are always encouraged to explore their own creativity and can have a go at creating whatever they like.
Ages 10+ Older children will also have access to polymer clay, which will allow them to make more intricate models, which can also be turned into jewellery and magnets (provided). Polymer clay items can be taken home to finish in your own oven, or can be left with us to finish and then collect.
