An informal gathering open to all, to look at ways of coping with stress, anxiety, and mental fog.
One hour group session may include: discussion, relaxation techniques, reflection on unhelpful thought patterns, meditation, etc.
The coffee shop will be open following the session, so you’re more than welcome to stay a little longer for a drink and a natter.
