Where can I park?
We have a car park at the rear of the property which can be accessed via Bernadette Avenue – take the first ten foot on the right and you will see our car park a few doors down on the right. You can enter the venue via the back doors (please be aware there may be children playing on the other side).
Do I need to book?
No need to book unless you are a particularly large group – just come along. Please do check our ‘What’s on at a glance’ page to double check we are not closed for a private party.
Can I bring my dog?
Absolutely! We love it when our four legged friends come to visit, and have biscuits ready and waiting.
Do you cater for Vegans and people with food allergies?
We certainly do! We try to cater for everyone and have Vegan and Gluten Free options available daily. If you have any concerns and would like to chat to us about what’s available or ingredients please just give us a call.
How accessible are you?
We have a ramp at the front of the venue and the door is wide enough for wheelchairs and scooters to fit through. At the rear of the property, where the parking is, there is an entrance with two steps. Unfortunately our toilet area is unsuitable for wheelchair users.
Children and Adults with Additional Needs
Everyone is welcome at any time. If you have a child or care for an adult with additional needs and you have questions, concerns or require specific adaptations please do get in touch. We have experience of having Autistic children doing our classes and are more than happy to work in whichever way your child feels comfortable. We run specific SEN sessions throughout the year and love to work with groups from special schools etc. We also host a SEN Friends support group for parents and carers.
Are you licensed?
Yes we are! We have a range of lager, real ale, cider, wine and spirits for you to enjoy. We employ the Challenge 25 initiative so if you are lucky enough to look under 25 please bring along some ID.
Can I hire your venue?
You certainly can – we are happy to host birthday parties, baby showers, christenings, work parties, meetings and groups. You can bring your own catering if you wish, or we can arrange it on your behalf. Simply get in touch to organise your event. We can comfortably seat up to 40 people and have more seating in the front and rear seating areas (the back area is covered and heated but can only be used up to 7pm due to being in a residential area)
